What is lazyness?

Every day thinking that from tomorrow i won't do the same thing think.

As examples a 18 year boy who use phone upto 1 am morning. can you tell it lazyness ? No,he is not lazy i will call him that he is spending time on phone. And due to he wake you up to late night he will wake up late at morning here the boy will become lazy every all will tell him lazy.
